Subject Verification (KYB) · Online Application
Add a manually verified legal name to your credential: the organization name appears on the credential and DID document. Already hold a credential? Submit here directly. First-time applicants: claim a free credential first (fully automated, about a minute), then anchor your verification application to it here. We verify the registration record, legal representative, operator authorization, corporate-domain mailbox, a callback and an owner-key challenge. Three steps: submit this form, email your documents from a corporate mailbox, manual review within 5 business days.
Document checklist (email after submitting)
- Registration document (e.g. ACRA BizFile, showing directors)
- If the operator is not the legal representative / subject: a letter of authorization (company seal or legal-rep signature); reference it in the form.
- Send from your corporate-domain mailbox to hello@jiaozi.io, subject = your application number — the sending domain itself proves ownership.
- During review we call back and ask for a signature over a challenge string with the credential's owner key, proving the credential is yours.
Privacy & compliance
- Document scans are never stored in our business database (email attachments stay in the access-controlled mailbox). The legal representative's ID number is stored only as a hash — never the raw value — with automatic expiry. We do not collect or store facial or any other biometric data.
- Phase two adds licensed real-person verification for legal representatives; even then we record only pass/fail and a hashed provider reference — biometric data never touches our database.
- How application data is handled is set out in the Legal Notice. Rejected applications are kept 12 months; approved ones follow the credential lifecycle.
